How to make a pour over:

Serving size: 1 amazing cup!

Brew ratio: 1g coffee to 17g water

Brew time: 3 minutes 15 seconds - 3 minutes 30 seconds

Grind: medium

Recipe:

23g coffee

390g water

Instructions:

1. Place paper or metal filter inside pour over cone, rinse with hot water before adding coffee. 

2. Measure out 23g of Tazas freshly roasted coffee, medium ground.

3. Pour out rinse water 

4. Place cone with coffee grounds added on top of your mug on scale, then tare the scale.

5. Using your gooseneck kettle filled with hot water between 195 degrees - 205 degrees (or just off the boil if you don't have a thermometer), pour 50g of water to cover and wet all the coffee grounds.

6. At 30 seconds, cover the entire bed of coffee, pouring in even circles, adding 110g of water.

7. Allow water to drain halfway through then add another 110g of water.

8. Allow water to drain halfway again, then add remaining water (390g total).

9. Water should be added between 2 minutes and 2 minutes and 15 seconds allowing for the cone to drain between 3 minutes and 15 seconds and 3 minutes and 30 seconds.

How to Make a French Press:

Serving size: 2 -4 delicious cups

Brew ratio: 1g coffee to 15g water

Brew time: 4 minutes

Grind: course

Recipe:

50g coffee

750g water

Instructions:

1. Preheat your press and mug with hot water while you get your coffee ready.

2. Measure out 50g of Tazas freshly roasted and coarsely ground coffee.

3. Discard the rinse water and place your french press, with coffee added on your scale, tare your scale.

4. Fill your french press with half of your total water (375g) - hot between 195 degrees and 205 degrees. Set timer.

5. At 1 minute, stir the coffee grounds gently and add the remainder of your water (375 g). Set timer again.

6. At 4 min, seal the lid and plunge either as your drink or all the way.

Drink up and enjoy the incredible flavors!

 

How to Make Cold Brew:

1. Take 1 lb of Tazas coffee beans.

2. Grind coarse.

3. Toss into a glass container, fill with cool water to the 1 gallon mark.

4. Set out for 24 hrs (not in refrigerator, just at room temp).

5. Strain.

6. Store in refrigerator.

7. Dilute to taste.

8. Serve over ice.

Bonus recipes:

1. Iced Coffee- fill your glass with ice, add 2-4 oz of concentrate, top with filtered water. Add a splash of cream.

2. Iced Latte- fill your glass with ice, add concentrate (up to your taste), fill to top with milk of choice.

3. Iced Mocha- pour desired amount of chocolate into your cup, add concentrate and give it a good stir, add ice and top with desired milk.

1. When do you roast meaning how many days after you roast are beans shipped.
2. Would you sell green beans?
Asking because after years of drinking “dead coffee” you know bagged in shelves I noticed difference taste when ever tasted local roasters cofee house and for 3 years now purchase green beans and roast at home in a cast iron skillet turns out well also I buy already roasted weekly from local roasting house. Looking forward to taste your brand
